Rachel nodded. "You and Bertha are quite the team. I'm surprised you haven't upgraded to something newer yet."
And with that, Cindy and Bertha were off, ready to take on whatever the open road had in store for them.

As she was tightening the hood, Cindy's best friend, Rachel, pulled up in her own car. "Hey, girl! What's going on?" Rachel asked, eyeing Bertha's sparkling clean exterior.
After finishing up the exterior, Cindy popped the hood and took a look at Bertha's engine. She had always been a bit of a DIY enthusiast and enjoyed doing simple maintenance tasks herself. She checked the oil, replaced the air filter, and gave the belts a once-over. Rachel nodded
Cindy grinned mischievously. "I'm not entirely sure yet. But Bertha and I are itching for an adventure."
Rachel's eyes lit up. "Ooh, where are you going?" Cindy shrugged
The two friends chatted for a bit longer, catching up on each other's weeks. As they were saying their goodbyes, Cindy mentioned that she was thinking of taking Bertha on a little road trip the following weekend.
