Overview The term "Nokia RM-645 flash file" refers to the firmware package used for Nokia mobile devices identified by the RM-645 model code. Flash files (also called ROMs, firmware, or software packages) contain the operating system, device drivers, radio/modem firmware, and other low-level components required for the phone to boot and operate. They are used for restoring, updating, unbricking, or otherwise modifying the device software.
